Prophet - recognize God as Light.

To recognize the supreme light, people need to recognise themselves.
They have to know who they are and how they are situated in relation to Ultimate Reality.

"Whoso recognizes himself recognizes his Lord."

In order to recognize God as Light, they need to recognize themselves as light.

In a famous prayer, the Prophet said,
O God, place in my heart a light, in my hearing a light, in my eyesight a light, on my right hand a light, on my left hand a light, before me a light, behind me a light, above me a light, below me a light, and make me into a light.

In this prayer, the Prophet is asking God to show him the light that he possesses in himself because he was created by the Supreme Light. Only when we find light in ourselves can we recognize God as Light.

Sitting silently, doing nothing

How this is possible?

If one close the mind, then we give more power to mind.

We should not close the eyes. It should be Open.

Surrender mind to one location. Focus it to Lotus feet of God.

Where is lotus feet?

Its our eyes where the divine light of athma is expressed.

Its only place where its direclty connected to athma.

So obtain Thiruvadi initiation.

Slip out of the mind

Buddha is far closer to the truth: you simply drop all chattering of the mind, you
slip out of the mind like a snake slipping out of the old skin.

How to slip out of mind? what is the root cause of mind?

Mind works based on the karma ego maya. Our accumulations due to our
actions.

 If you act with your mind(doing yoga, doing pranyama) how will you slip out of
mind?

What should we do?

Surrender to Lotus Feet of God. Where is lotus feet of Lord?

Eyes are called Lotus feet or Thiruvadi. Surrender mind there. Its location of the mind.

Obtain thiruvadi deeksha and surrnder.

Lotus feet - Gurū Granth Sahib

1. God is one to this world. He is omnipresent. There is no place without God.

My mind is enticed by the honey-sweet Lotus Feet of the Lord.
Day and night, I thirst for them.

The blackness of sin is erased by meditation on the Lordís Lotus Feet


I take the Support of the Lordís Lotus Feet; there is no other place of rest for me.

I lean upon You as my Support, O Supreme Lord God. I exist only by Your Power. O God,

You are the Honor of the dishonored. I seek to merge with You.

The Guru has given me the Wealth of the Lotus Feet of the Lord, and I, without shelter, have now obtained Shelter.

You shall obtain the fruits of your mindís desires, by focusing your
consciousness on the Lord's Lotus Feet.


Let the Lordís Lotus Feet be your Boat, so that pain and skepticism shall not touch you. Meeting with the Perfect Guru, by great  good fortune, meditate on God twenty-four hours a day.

To love the Lotus Feet of the Lordóthis way of life has come in
to the minds of His Saints. The love of duality, this evil practice, this bad habit, is not liked by the Lordís slaves. It is not pleasing to the Lordís slaves; without the Blessed Vision of the Lordís Darshan, how can they find peace, even for a moment? \

 Their minds are transfixed by His Lotus Feet. They are attached to the Blessed Vision
of the Lord's Darshan.

With Godís Lotus Feet abiding in the heart, all suffering comes to an end

As the greedy man rejoices upon beholding his wealth, so is the mind of the Lordís humble servant attached  to His Lotus Feet.


He saves us from  the hellish pit of the womb, and carries us across the terrifying world-ocean.
Adoring His Lotus Feet in the mind, the fear of death is banished.


 Focus your consciousness on His Lotus Feet, and the inverted lotus of your heart shall blossom forth.


Take the Guruís advice, you ignorant fool;without devotion, even the clever have drowned. Worship the Lord with heart-felt devotion, my friend; your consciousness
shall become pure. Enshrine the Lordís Lotus Feet in your mind; the sinful residues of countless lifetimes shall depart.

One who enshrines His Lotus Feet , meets
the Beloved Lord; the Divine Light is revealed to him

Focus your consciousness on His Lotus Feet, and the inverted lotus of your heart shall blossom forth.


With the Lotus Feet of the Lord dwelling, all misfortune is taken away. One who meets the Perfect Guru, shall not have to suffer through birth and death.

One who enshrines love for the Lotus Feet of the Lord of the
Universe ó by the Grace of the Saints, her mind becomes pure; night and day, she remains awake and aware, singing the Kirtan of the Lordís Praises

One who enshrines His Lotus Feet within the heart, meets
the Beloved Lord; the Divine Light is revealed to him.


My mind is attached to the Lordís Lotus Feet. The True Guru, in His Pleasure, has given this gift


 My consciousness is not affected by the witch, Maya; I take to the Sanctuary of the Lordís Lotus Feet

Sexual desire, anger, and egotism lead to ruin. Meditating on the Lord, the Lordís humble servants are redeemed. The mortals are asleep, intoxicated with the wine of Maya. The devotees remain awake, imbued with the Lordís meditation.  In emotional attachment and doubt, the mortals wander through countless incarnations. The devotees remain ever-stable, meditating on the Lord's Lotus Feet.


I long for the Lotus Feet of my Beloved Lord. The wretched Messenger of Death has
run away from me.

The Saints worship and adore the Lotus Feet of the Divine Guru; they love the Beloved Lord


 O mortal, get aboard the boat of the Lordís Lotus Feet, and cross over.

 How rare are those who embrace love for the Lordís Lotus Feet. Blessed and beautiful is that mouth, which meditates on the Lord.  The pains of birth, death and reincarnation are erased by meditating on the Lord.

In love with the Lord's Lotus Feet, corruption and sin depart. Pain, hunger and poverty run away, and the path is clearly revealed.
